Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Senior Global Tech Services Engineer to lead and execute complex technical initiatives across MECM, MDM, and Exchange environments. The role focuses on hands-on development, deployment, and architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient IT services.

You will work on OS imaging, packaging, security, and multi-platform configurations, contributing to disaster recovery and compliance efforts while advancing enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT operations experience.
• Experience with IT service delivery and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong technical mentorship and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerShell automation scripts and deployment solutions.
• Configure and maintain MECM infrastructure, system upgrades, and migrations.
• Implement OS imaging, application packaging, and security across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android.
• Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to team members.
