Job summary

Zones – First Choice for IT. Zones, LLC seeks a Service Delivery Manager to drive enterprise projects in the utility sector and manage managed services engagements across the lifecycle. You will partner with sales, solution sales and the internal CoE to translate client requirements into formal agreements and measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong PM/SDM experience, PMBOK knowledge, and a proven ability to influence at the executive level. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience with Service Delivery, Project Management or business consulting.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience with executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, risk and change management, performance metrics and financial analysis.
• Extensive experience in large Managed Services engagements and PMI project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and managed services engagements through all lifecycle phases.
• Maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including C-level, as a trusted partner.
• Meet revenue and profitability goals while improving customer satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate client and internal meetings and reporting.
• Manage risks, change management, and project scope, time, cost, and quality.
