Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a focused Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will ensure work is completed on scope, on time, and within budget while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of PM experience, a related degree, and PMP/CAPM certification where possible. The role offers growth in a global IT environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable certification preferred.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Establish ownership for deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Track progress, identify delays, and mitigate risks; elevate issues as needed.
• Develop mitigation plans and facilitate status meetings and reviews.
• Provide regular status reporting and manage scope changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and measures of success.
• Support budget management and resource planning; coordinate matrixed resources.
