This Client Solutions Architect role targets enterprise clients from the greater Dallas area and involves remote work with up to 50% travel across client sites. You will align IT strategies with business goals, lead solution discussions, and collaborate with OEM partners to ensure revenue growth, margin

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 12+ years in IT Infrastructure Services in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in a pre-sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present technology from a business perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients; understand business goals and IT architecture.
• Align with CIO/CTO agendas and engage stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities with sales teams to support account growth.
• Lead scoping sessions and engage technical experts for discovery and design.
• Develop pricing, high-level designs, and presentations for customers and OEM partners.
