Job summary

Zones LLC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale managed services engagements for global and enterprise clients. You will partner with sales and the Center of Excellence, translate client requirements into formal solutions, and drive account strategy.

The role requires PMI project management knowledge, PMBOK risk and change control, strong executive communication, and a track record of delivering profitability while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMI project management concepts and governance.
• Strong communication with C-level stakeholders and executives.
• Proven ability to manage large, long-term managed services engagements.
• Experience coordinating sub-contracted vendors and offshore teams.
• Knowledge of datacenter, network, servers, storage and related tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and managed services engagements through all phases.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships at all levels, including C-level.
• Meet revenue, profit and growth objectives while improving customer satisfaction.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize resources; monitor project performance and finance.
• Serve as Zones liaison with customers for business and technical discussions.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation, change management and escalation processes.
