Job summary

Zones, LLC in Carol Stream IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, enterprise-wide service programs through the full project lifecycle, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure alignment to strategic goals, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days on-site) requiring strong leadership, proactive risk management, clear stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in Service Delivery Management and ITSM.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team mentoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• PM methodologies and ITIL/PMP/PgMP certifications preferred.
• Risk management with RAID log experience.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, EOM billing.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience supporting POS/retail deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and end-of-month billing.
• Support service delivery operations including order management visibility, demand planning, inventory management, ITAD, and stock taking.
• Coordinate with TSC contacts to address and resolve TSC-related issues.

Position Overview

You will lead large, complex and enterprise-wide service programs through the full project lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to strategic goals, efficient execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The role balances customer expectations with business objectives and requires strong leadership, clear stakeholder communication, proactive risk management, and a proven ability to drive transformation across the organization.

This is a full-time, hybrid 3 day per week on‑site role for a Senior Project Manager working out of our Carol Stream IL facility.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Track performance metrics; provide internal/external status reporting, SLA management, and progress updates to leadership.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and end‑of‑month billing (as applicable).
• Support service delivery operations including order management visibility (shipping/tracking), demand planning, inventory management, ITAD, and stock taking.
• Coordinate with TSC contacts to address and resolve TSC‑related issues.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles; ability to manage workflows effectively.
• Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring cross‑functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills; exceptional customer service and client engagement.
• Project management methodology expertise (project management and agile techniques/tools); certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or PgMP preferred.
• Risk management expertise, including mitigation planning and RAID log management.
• Performance monitoring and reporting experience (internal/external status reporting); SLA management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and EOM billing.
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills; adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting Point of Sale and/or Retail deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Positive, can‑do attitude and collaborative mindset.

Qualified candidates can expect at salary range of $100,000-$117,000
