Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive recruiting or recruiting leadership.
• Experience recruiting revenue-generating roles across North America and EMEA.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS operations, recruiting processes, interview frameworks, metrics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Lead senior-level and occasional executive searches across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to provide strategic Talent Acquisition guidance.
