Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Leader for North America and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will shape talent strategy, lead regional TA teams, and partner with senior leaders to align priorities with business goals.

In this role, you will drive data-informed decisions, advance recruiting technology, and develop leaders while delivering scalable, high-impact recruitment across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, leadership experience.
• Experience managing leaders and multi-team delivery.
• Strong end-to-end recruiting knowledge.
• Experience with ATS, data governance, automation.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and set priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with global/offshore sourcing and delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition across North America and EMEA.
• Translate global priorities into regional plans.
• Coach and develop regional leaders; succession planning.
• Monitor hiring demand and capacity; adjust plans.
• Set operating cadence and review outcomes.
• Use data to prioritize work and allocate resources.
• Ensure regional practices align with global standards.
• Drive process and technology initiatives in TA.
