Elemica, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead Talent Acquisition across North America and EMEA. This hybrid role can be based in Wayne, PA or Atlanta, GA, with a base salary range of 95K–113K USD.

The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, engage passive candidates, and partner with executives to design and optimize global recruiting processes across multiple regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive recruiting or recruiting leadership.
• Experience recruiting revenue-generating roles across North America and EMEA.
• In-house recruiting experience within a SaaS, technology, software, or B2B company.
• Experience advising senior executives and recruiting across multiple corporate functions.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS operations, recruiting processes, interview frameworks, metrics, and reporting.
• Experience managing agencies and vendors.
• Ability to manage concurrent searches and competing priorities during organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and functions.
• Source passive candidates through direct outreach and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives on strategy and updates.
• Administer and optimize Workday ATS and recruiting tech.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and regions.
• Develop global recruiting programs and candidate experience.
