Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own a large, complex customer program. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage relationships, and drive efficient service delivery while supporting profitability and strategic goals.

The role requires a hands‑on leader with strong program management, customer service, and team leadership experience, plus excellent communication and public speaking skills. Remote work is available in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 9 years of related experience.
• Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
• Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
• Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.
• Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
• Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
• Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.
