Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement for Activewear to lead cost structures and supplier relationships. You will drive category strategy, negotiate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and align material costing with innovation and sustainability goals.

This role reports to the Head of Procurement and aims to secure transparent, competitive pricing. You will own and optimize procurement processes, embed playbooks into vendor tools, and build AI-assisted RFP analysis for 2026.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 8+ years in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in apparel.
• Proven track record running RFP processes with international partners.
• Experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy and vendor distribution for assigned categories.
• Deliver cost savings and ensure ESG considerations.
• Lead RFP ownership and end-to-end execution from vendor identification to award.
• Create and utilize clean sheets to drive pricing transparency.
