Qualifications

• 12-15 years of global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes.
• Hands-on with cost modeling and clean sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategy for assigned categories.
• Deliver cost savings and manage supplier negotiations.
• Partner with technology to embed procurement in tools.
• Lead RFP processes from vendor identification to award.
• Develop clean sheets and buy plans for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with upstream sourcing and material teams.
