Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement - Apparel to own cost structures and savings, reporting to the Head of Procurement. You will lead strategy, negotiate with international suppliers, and drive clean sheets and buy plans while leveraging AI tools to optimize pricing and supplier performance.

The role requires 12–15 years in global apparel procurement, a Bachelor’s (MBA a plus), and a track record of improving margins through strategic sourcing and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of global procurement or supply chain experience in apparel.
• Proven track record running RFP processes with international partners.
• Experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI-powered procurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners.
• Develop clean sheets and buy plans to optimize costs.
• Partner with material sourcing to ensure transparent pricing.
• Collaborate with merchandising and production for cost targets.
• Leverage AI to analyze scenarios and automate tasks.
