Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Procurement in the sweaters category, based in Palo Alto, CA. You will own cost structures, drive savings, and partner with suppliers to secure transparent, competitive pricing while supporting sustainability goals.

You will lead RFPs, build clean sheets for pricing, and collaborate with merchandising and technology teams to scale procurement processes across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in retail apparel.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategy and vendor distribution for sweaters category.
• Deliver product cost savings without compromising quality or ESG.
• Collaborate with tech to embed procurement playbooks into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.
• Lead cost reductions and negotiate favorable terms with manufacturers.
