Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Systems Engineer – Global Major Accounts for the Northern California Bay Area. You will design, position and deliver innovative networking solutions for strategic enterprise customers, collaborating closely with Account Managers.

This highly customer-facing role requires strong pre-sales expertise, robust networking knowledge, and the ability to translate complex concepts into business value. Travel within Northern CA is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s or 5+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Strong pre‑sales, systems engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience with enterprise customers.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to identify and close complex enterprise opportunities.
• Design end-to-end networking solutions aligned to customer objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, workshops, and PoCs.
