Addison Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join the accounting team in Sapulpa, OK on-site. You will manage payroll across multiple entities and support payroll accounting, reconciliations, and related tasks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with Excel and accounting software, and familiarity with both U.S. and international payroll, including weekly and biweekly runs and journal entries, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience Processing Payroll For Multiple Entities Preferred
• Experience with both U.S. and international payroll is a plus
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple legal entities
• Handle both U.S. and international payroll processing
• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls
• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries
• Reconcile payroll accrual and related General Ledger accounts
• Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support payroll reporting and other accounting-related tasks as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
