Addison Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-state payroll operations from fully on-site Bellevue, WA. The role supports payroll administrations across segments, ensuring compliance for remote workforce and UK payroll processing where applicable.

You will manage timely withholding, remittance, and benefits tax reporting, perform year-end tasks, and coordinate audits with vendors. A Bachelor’s in Accounting and 7+ years’ experience, with ADP familiarity, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll administrations across multiple segments with compliance for remote workforce in multiple states.
• Process international payroll/benefits in UK.
• Timely and accurately process multi-state payroll withholding and tax remittance.
• Understand taxation for employer-paid benefits in multi-state payrolls.
• Track compliance year-round and provide employee communications.
• Assist year-end compliance, W-2 review, and benefits audits as needed.
• Support HRIS/ADP integrations and respond to employee payroll questions.
