Job summary

Angel Align seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for North American entities, including biweekly processing and collaboration with international EOR vendors. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and deliver labor cost analytics for budgeting and planning.

You will serve as a resource for employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams, driving data-driven payroll improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience across multiple payroll and HRIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Administers end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities and biweekly cycles.
• Coordinate payroll with international EOR providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Provide payroll reporting, labor cost analysis, and budgeting support.
• Respond to employee payroll questions with clear explanations.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
