Qualifications

• 6+ years of international payroll processing with accounting experience.
• Experience with processing equity transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with Workday and external payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and management for assigned international payrolls.
• Lead ad hoc payroll and benefits projects for international entities.
• Support international payroll processing for multiple countries after training.
• Monitor local payroll news related to housing allowance and income tax withholding.
• Collaborate with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate pay transactions.
• Assist accounting with payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations.
