Zusammenfassung

Zip is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to oversee US, international and EOR payrolls. You will lead the payroll team, approve runs and resolve the most complex pay, tax and compliance issues.

You will drive the payroll roadmap, partner with providers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and reporting. This role supports a hybrid work model and oversees payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of payroll experience including multi-country work with external providers.
• Hands-on US multi-state and multi-province Canadian payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax, and Canadian provincial differences.
• Experience with payroll provider implementations or migrations.
• Payroll accounting including journal entries, reconciliations and audits.
• Experience managing payroll staff and handling confidential matters.

Aufgaben

• Review gross-to-net results and reconciliations for each run.
• Build payroll roadmap for system, provider and process improvements.
• Train and develop the payroll team and escalate complex issues.
• Manage US multi-state payroll tax registrations and filings.
• Coordinate with EOR and in-country providers on international payroll.
• Partner with Equity on reporting including NSO and international awards.
• Prepare payroll journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
