EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee US payroll operations and support global payroll activities as required. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across multiple states, working with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience using major payroll systems and a CPP credential preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of progressive payroll experience, including at least 3 years in a payroll management or lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll practices and multi-state operations.
• Experience with major payroll systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, Ceridian).
• CPP certification preferred is a plus and advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Oversee payroll processing across the United States and support global payroll operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and wage/hour laws.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners on compensation and benefits administration.
• Lead and develop payroll team members and coordinate with local payroll contacts.
• Partner with third-party payroll providers to ensure SLAs and compliance standards.
