Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience (non-internship).
• 5+ years leading enterprise partner marketing at global scale.
• Experience owning pipeline targets with data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing million-dollar+ marketing budgets.
• Ability to align senior execs across sales, marketing and partners.
• Cloud/go-to-market experience with large partners or consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Define global Partner Marketing strategy with cross-organizational impact and C-level influence.
• Operate autonomously on strategic initiatives and undefined problem spaces.
• Trade off opportunities, resources and long-term AWS/partner outcomes.
• Present strategic decisions to senior leadership (SVP level) with clarity.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they block progress.
• Work with senior partner executives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop knowledge of partner objectives to inform strategy and execution.
• Enable and orchestrate regional programs aligning partners with field marketing.
• Manage and optimize a global partner marketing budget.
• Be the voice of partners in goals, resourcing, roles and measurement.
• Ensure plans account for AWS capabilities and capacity.
• Direct external vendor strategy, including ABM initiatives.
• Drive alignment across AWS and partner groups (Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, etc.).
• Build scalable frameworks and standards for repeatable outcomes.
• Champion joint thought leadership and develop future leaders.
