Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a senior Principal Partner Marketing leader to drive joint strategic planning, thought leadership, and demand generation with Global System Integrators and BCAP partners globally.

This role requires deep business knowledge, executive influence, and a track record of leading enterprise-level partner marketing strategies and programs. The Senior leader will shape global marketing strategies, manage complex budgets, and enable cross-organizational execution with AWS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-level partner or channel marketing strategy at a global scale.
• Experience owning pipeline targets and using data to drive marketing investment decisions and measure business outcomes (e.g., pipeline, revenue conversion, deal progression).
• Experience managing and optimizing million dollar + marketing budgets across diverse funding mechanisms.
• Experience building, orchestrating, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs across multiple geographies and partner organizations simultaneously.
• Experience driving strategic alignment with senior executives (VP+ level) across sales, marketing, partner, and field organizations.
• Experience in cloud/technology go-to-market with Global System Integrators or large-scale consulting firms; AI domains.
• Experience developing and scaling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs (1:1, 1:few, programmatic).
• Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies with C-suite partner executives and aligning global teams.
• Experience with executive engagement programs including thought leadership, executive roundtables, and flagship events.
• Experience leading marketing strategy across multiple global regions (NAMER, EMEA, APJ, LATAM).

Responsibilities

• Define global Partner Marketing strategy aligned with the field to enable cross-organizational programs with C-level influence.
• Operate autonomously on strategic initiatives, defining vision in undefined problem spaces.
• Make strategic trade-offs between opportunity, resources, and long-term AWS and partner outcomes.
• Present complex strategic decisions to senior leadership (SVP level) with clear trade-offs and options.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
• Collaborate with senior partner executives to build marketing strategy and joint plans driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop knowledge of partner objectives to inform strategy and execution effectiveness.
• Enable and orchestrate regional marketing programs ensuring alignment between partners and joint field marketing teams.
