Crusoe is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager to lead and scale our global Manager Development Program. The role combines strategic design with hands-on execution, delivering manager experiences, learning journeys, and data-driven improvements across engineering, manufacturing, and data center operations.

You will partner with senior leaders to align programs with Crusoe’s mission and growth, building modular tracks for technical teams and ensuring measurable ROI.

Qualificações

• 8–10+ Years of L&D leadership in tech/industrial settings.
• Technical operations and engineering context understanding.
• Data analytics to measure ROI and guide interventions.
• Ability to design and implement learning frameworks from scratch.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to global offices and sites.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and evolve Crusoe’s Manager Program to align with strategy and culture.
• Create an end-to-end Manager Journey that connects to mission and impact.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Development, and senior leadership on modular tracks.
• Develop measurement frameworks and feedback loops to assess program effectiveness.
• Partner with People, IT, Workplace and business leaders to deliver high-touch experiences.
