Crusoe is seeking a strategic, hands-on Program Manager for Corporate Events & Experience to shape how we engage employees, partners, and clients. You will lead end-to-end event programming, from workshops to leadership summits, ensuring every experience reflects Crusoe’s mission and values.

You will manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and implement data-driven improvements, collaborating with Workplace and People Operations to align events with culture and business goals.

Formación

• 10+ years leading event management or experiential marketing in tech/energy/cloud environments.
• Certifications CMP/CMM/CIS/CITP preferred.
• Ability to build event programs from scratch and manage executive-level events.

Responsabilidades

• Build a scalable internal events framework and annual calendar reflecting Crusoe's mission and values.
• Design and run elite employee incentive trips, milestones, and leadership summits from venue sourcing to execution.
• Oversee budget, vendor contracts, and ROI analytics across portfolios.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Workplace teams for onboarding, engagement, and culture spotlight initiatives.
• Travel up to 30–40% to support field locations and events.
