Job summary

The candidate will drive imports/exports via air and ocean, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with both JAS processes and government regulations. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Freight Forwarding operations.
• 5+ years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Firm working knowledge handing air/ocean imports/exports.
• CargoWise (C1) experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical understanding of operational functions to ensure branch compliance with JAS processes and governmental standards.
• Meet company & customer KPIs and utilize dashboards to manage performance.
• Manage KPIs via operational and financial dashboards.
• Oversee operations distribution and workloads to meet client and contractual needs.
• Maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
• Work with operations, sales, warehousing, and sales support teams to achieve budget targets.
