Qualifications

• 5–7 years of freight forwarding or logistics leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of air freight gateway operations.
• Proven budgeting, cost control, and KPI management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Air Gateway import and export operations in accordance with company policies.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
• Oversee consolidation services and ensure timely, accurate freight movement domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate export consolidations and provide operational support to U.S. stations and partners.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and parameters with carriers to support goals.
