10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator Sr.staff to oversee end-to-end logistics across Ocean Import/Export, US Drayage, and Air Freight. You will manage schedules, documents, and communications with carriers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of freight experience, with strong English communication and MS Office skills. On-site role in the Duluth, GA area with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean/air freight operations (import/export/drayage preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Business-level English communication skills (email/phone).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end logistics operations across Ocean Import, Ocean Export, US Drayage, and Air Freight.
• Coordinate with carriers, forwarders, and drayage vendors; manage schedules and documents.
• Verify rates and invoices; manage billing/settlement and resolve disputes.
• Provide regular status updates and issue reporting to customers.
• Prepare reports and KPIs; monitor costs and performance.
• Handle freight claims and maintain data accuracy.
