Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in logistics coordination with international air/ocean freight operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international air/ocean freight regulations and customs procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS). Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Language, Pay Range: English. Pay Range: $25 to $31.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule Air Export, Ocean Import, and OTR operations, including weekend coverage.
- Coordinate bookings with airlines and freight forwarders based on transit time and cost.
- Prepare MAWB/HAWB, invoices, packing lists and export declarations; review documentation for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and DG requirements where applicable.
- Monitor cargo cut-off times, receiving schedules, and flight departures; provide status updates to customers.
