Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Logistics Coordinator (Air & Ocean Operations) in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on planning, executing, and improving inbound and outbound air and ocean freight to Samsung warehouses and customers.

It requires hands-on air/ocean freight experience, customs compliance, and strong coordination across ports, carriers, brokers, and internal teams. The candidate will manage transload operations, dispatch TL OB orders, and monitor KPIs like dwell time and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
Strong knowledge of international air/ocean freight operations.
Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS).
Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule Air Export, Ocean Import, and OTR shipments, including weekend ops.
Coordinate container and air cargo movements at ports/terminals; monitor on-time departures.
Track shipments in real time; resolve delays, damages, or customs holds.
Oversee Transload Warehouse capacity planning and KPI management.
Schedule and dispatch TL Outbound orders; optimize routing and consolidation.
Communicate with carriers, forwarders, brokers, and customers; handle escalations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
