Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage Lease Administration for global accounts, focusing on rent presentment and payments. This remote role supports clients and vendors across various locations, maintaining contract scope, billing, and timely communications.

You will coordinate with global teams, prepare financial statements and rent schedules, and ensure compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16. Strong client management and GAAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, accounting, or real estate preferred.
• Experience with lease administration databases and GAAP/IFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Maintain knowledge of client agreements, billing, and contract scope in systems.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports to clients.
