Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to own the Global ISV Partner Marketing strategy for a dedicated cohort of AWS Software & Technology partners. You will be the primary marketing owner of partner relationships across sales segments and geographies.

You will build joint marketing plans, manage budgets including MDF, develop compelling value propositions, and lead a v-team of Geo marketers to execute regionally while aligning with the global plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Partner Marketing Strategy for a cohort of AWS Software & Technology partners across segments and geographies.
• Build and own the joint marketing plan with each cohort partner to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Manage the global marketing budget, including MDF, across geographies to maximize pipeline return.
• Develop joint value propositions and messaging with partners for key use-cases and personas.
• Lead a v-team of Geo partner marketers and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Steer regional execution and measure performance, aligning local activation with the global plan.
