Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to own the Global ISV Partner Marketing strategy for a dedicated cohort of AWS Software & Technology partners.

You will lead joint marketing plans, manage budgets, and build executive-level relationships to drive pipeline and revenue across geographies and sales segments. The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence diverse teams, including product, field, sales, and brand,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Partner Marketing Strategy for a dedicated cohort of AWS Software & Technology partners across sales segments and geographies.
• Build and own the joint marketing plan aligning AWS priorities with partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Manage the global marketing budget, including MDF, across geographies and activities to maximize pipeline return.
• Develop joint value propositions and messaging with partners and ensure consistency across co-marketing motions.
• Lead a v-team of Geo partner marketers and influence cross-functional stakeholders toward cohort goals without direct authority.
• Steer regional execution and measure performance, ensuring local activation ladders up to the global plan.
