Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in business immigration.
• Ability to proofread documents and draft fluent prose.
• Experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of firm and various immigration case types.
• Perform case preparation and filing tasks.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and inquiries.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Experience using MS Word and Excel

Desire to collaborate and promote teamwork

Education

Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Paralegal certification
