Insight Global is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our client’s global business from Miami, FL. You will partner with senior leaders across regions to shape HR strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning.

The role emphasizes change management, leadership development, and data-driven decision making, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across multinational teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations.
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural practices preferred.
• Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies.
• Strategic mindset with executive presence.
• Strong organizational design and change management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written, spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive leadership development and talent management programs.
• Support global employee relations matters while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decision-making.
• Ensure consistency in global HR practices while adapting to regional and local needs.
