Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior HR leader to drive people strategies across the Leo PXT team in Redmond, WA. You will partner with VPs and Directors to craft talent plans, shape organizational design, and scale HR programs for a fast-growing tech environment.

You will work with centralized COEs to align policies, lead leadership reviews, and build a strong, inclusive culture across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading HR/generalist work with global teams and change initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to develop talent management plans for a global organization.
• Experience with high-quality document preparation and presentations.
