Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will partner with business leaders to drive data-backed decisions, own core forecasting and budgeting, and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.

This is a full-time role requiring six days per month in the Bolingbrook, IL office. The position offers a pay range of $79,900 to $100,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and comprehensive benefits including health,

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Math.
• Highly analytical with strong technical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience compiling data, creating queries and replicable reports.

Responsabilidades

• Owns close, forecast and budget processes across acquisitions, JV, franchises, and international overhead.
• Develops forecasts, budgets, and LRPs with stakeholders; evaluates risks and opportunities.
• Owns international reporting of KPIs across business models and overhead.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline international financial processes and improve forecasting.
