Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A–Business Planning in the United States. You will help develop the Annual Operating Plan, long-term financial projections, and enterprise outlook, translating strategy into actionable financial assumptions.

You will build complex financial models, run scenarios, and present insights to senior leadership, partnering across Strategy, FP&A, and business units to drive accurate planning and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional financial experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Prior FP&A experience with annual planning, long-term planning, financial modeling, forecasting, or strategic analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models and analyses.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate detailed financial analysis into clear business implications.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream or BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
• Develop and maintain multi-year financial models and scenarios.
• Create executive summaries and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transformation, Corporate FP&A, and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning tools and reporting.
• Coordinate with business partners to ensure alignment with enterprise targets.
