Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A – Business Planning to lead development of the Annual Operating Plan and long-term financial outlook. You will build models, run scenarios, and partner with Strategy and FP&A teams to translate strategy into numbers.

You will influence senior leadership with insightful analyses and maintain planning guardrails while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional financial experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, retail, consumer products, or a multi-unit business environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models and analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate detailed financial analysis into clear business implications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, BI or other financial planning/reporting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan, including enterprise target setting and financial guardrails.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting multi-year strategic plans and long-term outlook.
• Build long-term scenarios and sensitivity analyses for growth, margin and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transformation and FP&A teams to translate priorities into financial assumptions.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations for senior leadership.
