Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Highly analytical with strong technical and strategic thinking skills.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to create and analyze complex spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting preferred.
• Experience in finance in the retail industry is a plus.
• Role requires six (6) days per month in the Bolingbrook, IL office.

Responsibilities

• Lead close/forecast/budget management with accounting and international finance teams.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and LRPs with stakeholders; evaluate drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Own international reporting processes and KPI insights across business models.
• Identify opportunities to streamline international financial processes and improve reporting.
• Support investment decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to support international business case development.
