You will translate financial data into actionable insights for resource allocation and cost discipline, while developing executive-ready presentations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to drive enterprise cost insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional financial experience in FP&A or related fields.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics; MBA preferred.
• Experience partnering with HR or other corporate functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned corporate functions, leading budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial partnership to Human Resources, supporting payroll, benefits, headcount, and related costs.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate financial decisions, risks, opportunities and resource allocation.
• Lead FP&A for SG&A, understanding cost drivers and spend.
• Develop enterprise SG&A insights and executive-level storytelling.
• Create tools and frameworks to improve cost understanding and operating leverage.
