Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with business leaders, manage close, forecast, and budget workstreams, and deliver insights that drive profitability. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, improve reporting, and support strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI experience, and storytelling with financial data for internal partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A or finance.
• Highly analytical with strong technical and strategic thinking skills.
• Background in compiling data, creating queries, and replicable reports.
• Power BI experience is a plus; advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Close/Forecast/Budget management with variance analysis.
• Develop financial forecasts with key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Own and evolve reporting processes with timely KPI insights.
• Support profitability initiatives and optimize capital allocation.
