Responsibilities include on-site commissioning, diagnostic work, PLC/HMI software deployment, and Engineering Change Requests. Travel up to 70 days/year with a focus on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of verifiable hands-on machinery service/commissioning experience.
• Able to troubleshoot automated systems and interpret complex schematics.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year with passport readiness.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor for client interaction.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI with a field service toolset.
• Authorized to work in the United States (US citizen or Green Card).

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical issues and implement durable technical solutions.
• Deploy PLC/HMI software, verify logic, and work with high-voltage equipment.
• Conduct FAT procedures prior to shipment to ensure quality.
• Submit ECRs based on field insights to improve future designs.
• Prepare and stage equipment for technical trade shows.
