Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to lead on-site installations, FAT and SAT activities, and international deployments of complex automated systems from our Menomonee Falls facility. You will travel internationally (40–70 days/year), perform high-voltage panel work, PLC/HMI software downloads, and coordinate with design engineers on ECRs, reporting directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable hands-on electro-mechanical industrial machinery service.
• Experience commissioning, servicing or maintaining complex capital equipment.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year and possess a valid passport.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations, systems integration, and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Perform electro-mechanical diagnostics to isolate faults and implement solutions.
• Manage PLC/HMI software downloads, verify logic, and work with high-voltage panels.
• Schedule and lead internal FAT procedures prior to shipment.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights to improve design.
• Oversee technical setup and electrical hookup for industry trade show staging.
