Qualifications

• 2+ years verifiable experience commissioning, servicing, or maintaining complex electro-mechanical industrial machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and interpret multi-page electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Willing to travel 40–70 days per year with a valid passport.
• Customer-facing communication with professional demeanor.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI and an established field service toolkit.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card).

Responsabilités

• Spearhead global field commissioning: on-site installations, system integrations, SAT at client sites worldwide, with operator guidance.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical issues and implement lasting solutions using schematics.
• Manage controls and logic deployment: PLC/HMI software downloads, verify parameters in high‑voltage panels and drives.
• Direct FAT procedures prior to shipment and ensure zero-defect quality.
• Submit ECRs to design engineering based on field insights.
• Lead technical trade show staging for custom equipment.
