Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable field service with electro-mechanical industrial machinery.
• Able to read schematics and troubleshoot automation controls.
• Willing to travel 40–70 days per year and hold a valid passport.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residing within daily commuting distance to Menomonee Falls, WI.
• Own a mechanical and electrical field service toolset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site commissioning and SAT at client facilities worldwide with guidance to site operators.
• Perform electro-mechanical diagnostics and troubleshoot automated machinery.
• Deploy PLC and HMI software, verify parameters in high- and low-voltage panels.
• Lead FAT procedures before shipment and ensure zero-defect quality.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights.
• Oversee technical setup and electrical hookup for industry trade shows.
