• 2+ years of verifiable hands-on experience commissioning or servicing complex electro-mechanical machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and read multi-page electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Willing to travel 40–70 days per year and possess a valid passport.
• Strong customer-facing communication and field service documentation.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI with field tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Execute FAT procedures on production floor prior to shipment.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and diagnose faults.
• Deploy PLC/HMI software updates and verify parameters in high-voltage panels.
• Collaborate with design engineers on Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Support technical trade show setup and equipment handovers.
