Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical industrial machinery experience.
- Able to travel 40–70 days per year with valid passport.
- Proficient in reading multi-page electrical & pneumatic schematics.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and professionalism.
- Willing to commute to Menomonee Falls, WI and operate in FAT/SAT roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site machinery installations and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
- Troubleshoot automated machinery and isolate faults using advanced diagnostics.
- Perform PLC/HMI software downloads; verify parameters in control panels.
- Schedule and lead internal FAT procedures prior to shipment.
- Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights.
- Oversee technical setup and electrical hookups for industry trade shows.
