Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on machinery service/commissioning.
• Able to read multi-page schematics and troubleshoot.
• Willing to travel 40–70 days per year and hold a valid passport.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI.
• Authorized to work in the United States (Citizen or Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations and system integrations worldwide.
• Perform electro-mechanical diagnostics and troubleshoot complex automation.
• Manage PLC/HMI software downloads and high-voltage panel work.
• Coordinate FAT procedures on production floors before shipment.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) based on field insights.
• Oversee setup and electrical hookup for industry trade shows.
