Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer for Industrial Automation & International Deployments in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role combines shop FAT testing with global field deployments, requiring 40–70 travel days per year and a direct-hire arrangement.

You will lead on-site commissioning, perform FAT/SAT, and collaborate with design engineers on ECRs, reporting to the CEO in a fast-paced, high-visibility facility.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical industrial machinery service
• Able to read and interpret multi-page electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics
• Willing to travel 40–70 days per year; must have a valid passport
• Authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card)
• Reside within a daily commute of Menomonee Falls, WI area

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and final SAT at client facilities worldwide
• Perform FAT procedures and ensure zero-defect quality before shipment
• Troubleshoot automated machinery using multi-page schematics and diagnostics
• Coordinate PLC/HMI software downloads and verify control logic in high-voltage panels
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field feedback and assist with design improvements
